EXHAUST UPGRADE.

Hi all, start feeling my car is lost torque when pickup. So i start getting some information of exhaust system knowledge. I was very lucky, one of my friend introduce me an experts in custom made exhaust , and the shop is located in  BATU CAVE area. The shop name call JIANHANG.

I went there to have consult in understanding exhaust system by JIANHANG boss. Thanks to the Boss explain all the exhaust design and those other different setting are use for.

The JIANHANG boss introduce me the custom made center bullet and the rear muffler designed by himself,

the boss told me that change step by step, so i choose change the center bullet its cost me around RM450 with installation.

Custom made wheel spacer

OK~ after fix the tyre, found out that my car are not enough negative camber. So i go for custom made wheel spacer for my lovely machine...

freshy specer are done.

Done the custom spacer.... thickness 6mm~ 

conclusion of this spacer for front wheels, better handling when do cornering , can adjust more negative camber.

FEDERAL 595 RSR tires reviews

Upcoming 1st of JUNE is TME time attack. So i decide use back my old FEDERAL 595 RSR that left around 10% of  tread.

tata!!! the upper 2 pieces are FEDERAL 595 RSR 

Then i need to buy 2 pieces new FEDERAL 595 RSR... for the upcoming time attack event.

tata!!!!! hot and fresh donuts~~ 

Below pictures are installing the new tires on my sport rims.

After the tires install to my car, so i test these tires on upcoming TME time attack.

After tested the tires, these tires perform are:

a) very good responsive while enter and exit the corners.

b) tread wear are rated 140, its make these tires are more grip during driving on the road. 

c) tires need to warm up abit longger.

d) front tires left 10% of tread, under-steer alot while on wet track conditions.

this 2 are rear wheel tires captured after the time attack done.

GT RADIAL - CHAMPIRO SX2 reviews

On MAY 4th having a time attack event in MIMC go-kart track. My current tyre are wear out, so i have to looking tire to change. Recently i have heard about the GT RADIAL brand tires on CHAMPIRO SX2 series has alot good reviews. Traction , wear&tear and handling are good... So i give it a try on these tire.

As below are the picture of the actual tire of CHAMPIRO SX2  tread-wear 200 size i choose is 195-50-15. 

the Water trade design are good~ and the compound design look good too.

Before the time attack event ,i has changed 4pcs of CHAMPIRO SX2 for my car. 

After changing tires i tested on wet road condition, its perform very well compare with my previous Nankang NS-2R. 

After time attack event, the result of the tires performance are:
a) side wall too soft, effect the stability of vehicle during cornering.
b) delaying of response during cornering.

TOUGE up hill tested, the result of the tires performance are:
a) need to keep counter steering during exit the corner.

After the time attack event, 2 weeks later MIMC open track day. I have joined to try again with these tires.
After few laps, the result tested. The stability of vehicle while exit the corner keep under-steer until out of the track.

haih~~ push too hard.. hit the stone and the sidewall air leak~  

above pictures are the 2 front tires of CHAMPIRO SX2 sidewall bang the rock and sidewall crack, and another 1 can see the inner structure of the tires~ so 2 of these tires BYE BYE end of theirs life~ T.T

NS-2R tires reviews.

NANKANG this tires brand its new for me, i never heard before. After the NS-2R has launch in market few month, its having a good feed back... so i give it a try on this tires.. this NANKANG NS-2R its have 2 type of treadwear 1 is 180 and another 1 is 120, so i choose 180 treadwear, side wall this NS-R is slightly soft abit then the FEDERAL RSR tires....i only change 2 tires of my front wheel, and my rear tyre remain as the Federal RSR...

After change the NS-2R i was go touge uphill and downhill test the tires on wet road condition. very impressive and unbelievable result it have... cornering while maintain the LSD on with this tires... very good in wet road condition.

After testing this NS-2R and compare with FEDERAL RSR in wet road condition. .. NS-2R really perform well in wet road condition.

Few weeks after, i was participate in a competition event in MIMC go-kart track.. heavy rain, the track is full of water... i was pushing hard to get better time. The NS-2R really perform well in such wet condition track..
